Catch Up with Catch Your Breath

Happy day, it's the 15th and with it comes the release of the latest mini kit designed by Brandi Kincaid! Catch Your Breath is now available for purchase and I'm sharing 3 pages that I made using it. If you'd prefer to see how my pages came together and to take a closer look at what the kit includes, you can watch my video here.

I had inadvertently printed the photos I wanted to use for July in a 3x4 size and so not wanting to be wasteful, it meant that my month would be in pocket pages and not the usual mix of memory planner and pockets. But no worries, because using the kit made my pages come together so quickly.

For my first page, I selected one of the 3x4 cards with a great quote on it and then using the stamp set, made an additional filler card.

Next, I quickly put together a page selecting cards that were a great color match to my photo and tickets. I added a puffy star and one of the circle embellishments from the printable PDF included with the kit to add some texture and dimension.

The last page I got completed was for my monthly Read More series. Every month I include the book(s) that I've read along with a card that says "read more". This time I used the stack of books from the stamp set and a label from the printable and called it done.

As you can see, this kit worked for a variety of topics and the colors, while different for me, were so fun to use. I have 3 more pages that I'll be working on to wrap up July and I'll be continuing to use the kit and hope to share that sooner than later.

I hope you're excited to get pick up your own kit and I hope to see what you make. Happy shopping!

  2. I just love this kit so much! When it showed up at my house, I thought that the only way it could have been more "me" was if it came with a piece of chocolate...but since I always have some around, I just supplied my own!
