Home

Once again I found myself inspired by Mandy's weekly prompt and created a layout based her recent prompt, home is where the heart is. I'm sure you can tell by now that I can't get enough of Pink Paislee's {C'est La Vie} collection and used it for my layout.

On the background paper, I sprinkled gold mist all over the page and then worked my way from the bottom up. Using large chipboard letters, I spelled out "home" and then placed a mini file folder under the "h" so that I had a place for journaling.

Most of my photos were taken right before assembling my page, but a couple are older. I wanted photos that showed snapshots of some of the items in our home that I love and bring me joy. Creating a grid, I arranged my pictures, leaving space for embellishments. Simple, but full of love, just like our home. :)

Supplies:
patterned paper, cork heart, mini file folder, stickers, die cuts - Pink Paislee {C'est La Vie}
gold chipboard letters - Crate Paper {Maggie Holmes Shine}
gold mist - Heidi Swapp
other - gold sequins - Studio Calico, Tiny Attached - Tim Holtz
