December Daily {2015} Days 26-31

Whew, back with my final DD post and while we're well past December, my hope is that you can take some of these ideas and use them for any mini album you might create, holiday or otherwise.

On the 26th, the hubs and I relaxed with take-out for dinner and I like the idea of turning that into a new after-Christmas tradition. After my journaling I added in the fortune from one of the cookies.

A very simple page for the 27th, but I was super happy to put the polar bear card and patterned paper to use.

On the 28th a group of us went to see Star Wars and then on to lunch. I slid two ticket stubs into the pocket below my journaling card.

If I remember correctly, I didn't have a photo for the 29th, but I'd been wanting to include some of the holiday cards I'd received so it worked out well. I used small gold binder clips to hold the cards together and they also acted as fasteners for the album rings. In the pocket below my journaling card, I included a couple pieces from a card and envelope that came.

On the 30th, my sister and I did some shopping which also included some yummy snacks. Oh how I love my donuts. ;)

The evening of the 31st was spent with family to celebrate my sister's upcoming birthday and we made homemade egg rolls that were just too good.

If you're interested in flipping through just the photos of my album, you can find all of my pages here and all blog posts are here. On to the next project! :)

  1. So many wonderful details here, Elise. I always love to see your sweet kitties together, especially when paired with an adorable polar bear. :) So clever to clip your cards together and add them right onto the rings. Oh, and the food photos always get me too...get me hungry! :)
