Fun in the Sun

Hold onto your hats, fellow crafters, Brandi Kincaid of The Shiny Bits has done it again and designed several charming sets of mini flair perfect for adorning your summertime projects. Don't care for the bulk that flair adds to your albums, not to worry, they can easily be turned into magnets or pushpins!

All of her new sets can be found in my shop and if you want any from her May release, today is the last day to purchase those before they are retired.

Of course I had to have a go at using several for my projects and I'm sure this won't be the only time you'll see them pop up. First up are some cards I made to add to my Project Life pages. I mixed Brandi's awesome doodles with digital journaling cards by Paislee Press. Love how well they worked together!

I also made a layout that goes along with my Northeastern Adventure series. A lot of layers, beginning with a piece of vellum to tone down my background paper, then more paper, tags, and die cuts all topped off with a jar full of lightening bugs, one of my favorites from the new collection.

Be sure to visit Brandi as well, she's sharing projects over at her blog, and I know you'll be plenty inspired to then do some shopping. ;) Oh, one last thing, if you order any of Brandi's designs, you'll receive a free gift with your purchase. It's our way of saying thank you so much for your support of this creative endeavor that has a big place in our hearts.

  4. Yes! Yes! Fun flairs and very inspiring pages. Seriously, I'm so behind I just want to lock myself in my scrapping room for about a week once my flairs come. They can slip me food under the door and I'll scrap, scrap, scrap!
