December Review

Well, the last of the December projects have been completed, and like the holiday decorations, all supplies have been put away. I did a small Project Life page since most everything was documented in my December mini. I had thought I'd make a couple of layouts for the winter walk we went on, but was struggling to find papers for the nighttime shots. It worked out really well to just pop them in pockets. Just one Coral card, one Kraft, and a few scraps from my December Daily kit to put these pages together.

My everyday albums are in chronological order with my monthly Project Life page acting as a divider to my 12"x12" layouts. I haven't decided if my photo a day spread will be kept in their own album or with each month. Decisions, decisions. I think I have it all figured out as to how I'll do the pages beginning with January. I had thought in the beginning I'd like the mostly white cards with a little blue and aqua, but it wound up feeling blasé to me. I need more color!

Now that the holidays have come and gone, how ready are you for spring?!

  5. I know what you mean about decisions...I think it is all about figuring out what works best for you and sometimes that takes awhile. I love your PL pages and that you keep them as a divider to your traditional layouts!! :) Evie

  6. Your Project Life pages are adorable! I love your idea of using a monthly pocket page divider in your scrapbook album in between all of your layouts. What a great idea! Out of curiosity, can you get all of it in one binder that way?

    1. Last year was the first time doing PL, but it took 2 albums to fit all of 2013, which didn't include any of our vacation, that was in separate album. :)
