Thankful {The Giveaway}

I'm gearing up for a couple of daily photo projects, the first being a November Thankful album, and I wanted to be sure I did at least one last little giveaway before the year ends.

For me, one of the things even more present during the holiday season is taking the time to show others how important they are. I don't have any scrappy friends in real life, but I truly appreciate the support of the ladies that frequent my blog or other social media outlets, leave kind words, and in general, brighten up my day.

This is open to all US residents (sorry international ladies!) and you can enter to win these goodies* by leaving me a comment below letting me know something you're thankful for. The giveaway closes on Tuesday, October 22 at 10 am EST. The winner will be selected using random.org and I'll announce it immediately, so be sure to check back then. Good luck!

*all items are new and unused except for the Jillibean Soup {Happy Camper} Pea Pod Parts

  10. I am grateful to have an particular thing that's all mine...I don't sing, or dance and I'm not particularly domestic ( I can cook though), but what I do have is this little gift called creativity and it can go a long way! It spans all holidays, birthdays, special little events, special acknowledgements and 'just becauses'. It allows me to document memories and create new ones. It allows me to learn more about me and reach out to others in the process. It's given me a new array of 'friends' and reasons to communicate and for all of that, I'm grateful. What can be seen as a 'little' thing can make a BIG impact! Oh and, I'm grateful that you made me take a moment to think about my creativity in this way and to get it down in writing!

  26. I'm thankful for the health and love of my family. When all those annoying little things get me down, a hug from one of my kids makes me remember to forget all that silly stuff and concentrate on what is most important.

  28. I am thankful for so many things in life. To name one in particular, I am very thankful that my daughter, who has Aspergers and severe anxiety, is making good progress in so many areas this year. She is so brave and I think I have been both educated and humbled as her mom to see how so many things we do automatically - whether it's in social situations, or in being able to try anything new - are so stressful for some because of how they are neurologically wired. I am thankful to realize that this is "real" and to accept people for who they are vs thinking they are just inflexible, overly dramatic etc. I am thankful for the doctors and books who have helped us on our family's journey.

  34. This may sound cheesy but I am thankful for my husband. Most of my family, as well as my husband's, do not live nearby (in other states or another country). He is my family, my support system, and my best friend. Often times, he knows me better than I know myself. And I'm so thankful he is my partner in life. It doesn't hurt that he makes me laugh every single day and knows how to make me smile. I'm also thankful for scrapbooking and all the friends this creative outlet has introduced me to. Hubby. Scrapbooking. Don't make me choose. I'm grateful for both. ;)
