Thankful {A Daily Photo Journal}

In the hustle and bustle of life, it can be so easy to forget the little things, the simple pleasures, that occur so frequently, we overlook them or take them for granted. No matter how big or small, on even the gloomiest of days, one can always find something to be thankful for.

As a reminder to myself, I want to create an album that represents many of the things that I am thankful for and what better time to do it than the month of November! I've created a list of 30 prompts that I will be working from, and wanted to share it in case anyone else would like to join me. The list is meant to be an inspirational tool and can be used in full, part, or not at all.

Next I'll be sharing the supplies I've gathered for my mini album. It's not a lot, and most of it I already had on hand. I realize this is not a new concept, but it is my first endeavor with a project like this and I hope that you will join me in creating your own album full of gratitude, thanks, and appreciation. I'll have a link tool at the bottom of future Thankful posts so that you can share your photos and album. I'll also be posting to Instagram using #mythankful30 and invite you to do the same!

  1. This sounds great, it's a lovely idea for November. I don't think I'll be able to join in everyday, but I shall do what I can, probably via instagram! x

  2. I love this idea. I might have to take the plunge and try it myself. Can't wait to see yours.

  3. Thanks ladies, super excited for November!

  4. Great list! I might do it. Maybe. I'm bad about following through on these kinds of 30 day things...but I will make an attempt!

  5. Wow - this is a great list! Maybe I'll do a 30 days of thankfulness album after all. Thanks for the inspiration!

  6. I am so very excited to do this project:) Thank you for the inspiration! I am both writing and having such fun creating photo collages for each prompt on my blog
    Happy Thankful November!

  7. Sounds like a lot of fun. I'll be doing Illustrated Faith's 30 days of Gratitude devotional this year. It's my first year doing something like this. I like that the devotional booklet is travelers notebook size. I'll probably use some of my Gather the Good kit. Especially the stamp set. I want to devote time each day to do the devotional and snap a photo for Instagram. Should I use your tag to share these even though it's not your list? I'm looking forward to seeing what you share. I always love your Instagram posts.

    1. I think you're going to really enjoy participating in a project like this, Melissa, and I can't wait to see it in TN format! You can absolutely use the same tag, it's all about being thankful and always about making these projects work for you! Thank you for your kind words! xo

Thank you so much for taking your time to comment, I truly appreciate all your kind words!
