We 3

I fell behind in watching Lilith Eeckel's Summer Color videos, but recently had some time to watch four, five, and six. I've thoroughly enjoyed her videos, especially since they are focused on color, and not a certain technique. When I gather my supplies, I always begin with the palette and go from there, so her videos resonated deeply with me.

I had an idea in mind of what I wanted to do for this layout and though it took longer than anticipated, it came out exactly as I envisioned. That is not always the case and I still struggled with the sunburst. I used an old piece of K&Co patterned paper for the background and dug through my tiny stash of scraps and came up with some old Basic Grey black patterned paper and a piece from their Knee Highs collection. I create my layouts almost in their entirety before adhering anything, so it was a bit of a pain when I had all the sequins thrown on the paper.

This was a different type of layout for me, but I really like it. The hubs even helped me to see that my title placement was off. He may not understand anything about this hobby, but is always willing to help me if I ask!

Seriously, does anyone else struggle with sunbursts, or is it just me??
