I've made variations of these rolls over half a dozen times and they always turn out amazing! Most recently, I only put cheese inside, but have also used pesto, black and green olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. I've even made large rolls stuffed with chopped buffalo chicken, red onion, and cheese.

I changed up her method a little by adding the sugar with the water to help activate the yeast. Also, for the plain cheese, I would reduce the garlic powder by half next time. If you've never made bread, but have always wanted to, this is a great recipe to begin with. The dough comes together quickly and is easy to handle. Adding whatever you want to the inside is a breeze because the dough is strong enough to handle sealing in your yummy ingredients. Scaling back the recipe to a half batch doesn't present any problems either. Enjoy!
