Who doesn't love a cheap and easy home decor idea or a gift to give with a personal touch? I figure most everyone does, and so wanted to share my first adventure with Mod Podge. I picked up a bottle of matte Mod Podge and acrylic sealer from Michael's, using a 40% off coupon on each (yay!), and picked up some 4"x4" plain white tiles from Home Depot for $0.16 (yay!).
I grabbed some different washi tapes, because if you have any, you have more than you'll ever use. I also used a piece of 6"x6" patterned paper from My Mind's Eye {Find Your Wings and Fly} and made a design and printed it on regular printer paper. Presto, you have a fun piece that you can hang on the wall, use as a coaster, cover smaller tiles and make magnets, or anything else you can dream up!
PS: if you would like the coffee word art, I'd be happy to send you the jpg, just email me!
Such a great idea! Even though I don't drink coffee, the word art one is my fave. :)
